Comparing the efficacies of
Modern Molecules REGENEX TM Renewal Serum and Retinol for
reducing the appearance of wrinkles.
Subjects:
21 male and female subjects
aged 49 to 60 years old with varying signs of facial ageing.
Methodology:
Randomised and
placebo-controlled study with 1:1 ratio of participants applying on opposite
sides of the face: on one half of the face Modern Molecules REGENEX
TM Renewal Serum against placebo base cream with Retinol on the
other half. Applied daily over 8 weeks.
Assessments conducted at
0, 2, 4, 6, and 8 weeks at 5 wrinkles sites (glabellar, nasolabial folds,
upper lip, periorbital, forehead) for overall size, depth, width and maximum
depth via 3D imaging.

Clinical Results:
(1) Glabellar (Between Brows) Average Overall Wrinkle Size Reduction
Key Observation:
In 4 weeks: 7.2x better
anti-ageing results than Retinol for forehead wrinkles.
Study Conclusion:
Modern
Molecules REGENEXTM Renewal Serum showed superior efficacy to Retinol for
reduction of appearance of wrinkles with a good safety profile. A
statistically significant result was achieve with REGENEXTM Renewal Serum
after only 2 weeks, evident across all 5 wrinkle sites. After 8 weeks of
treatment, subjects showed an average 11.74% reduction of wrinkle depth and
11.10% reduction of wrinkle size.

age spots.
Subjects:
21 male and female subjects aged 49 to 60 years old
with hyper-pigmentation, age spots, or other uneven tone.
Methodology:
Randomised
and placebo-controlled study with 1:1 ratio of participants applying on
opposite sides of the face: on one half of the face Modern Molecules
REGENEXTM Renewal Serum against placebo base cream with Retinol on the other
half. Applied daily over 8 weeks.
Assessments conducted at 0, 2, 4, 6, and 8 weeks on skin colour in
hyperpigmentation measured using a Spectrophotometer.

Clinical Results:

Key Observation:
In 2 weeks: 17x more reduction in hyperpigmentation
than Retinol
Study Conclusion:
Modern Molecules REGENEXTM Renewal Serum showed
superior efficacy to Retinol for reduction of age spots. A statistically
significant result was achieve with REGENEXTM Renewal Serum after only 2
weeks with 17x more reduction in hyperpigmentation compared to Retinol.
After 8 weeks of treatment, subjects showed an average 1.61% reduction of
hyperpigmentation.

Study Conclusion:
Majority of participants
experienced instant improved hydration and plumpness on day 0 with first
application. After 4 weeks of using REGENEXTM Renewal Serum in the
evening, over 97% of participants observed improvements in skin
firmness, plumpness, texture and skin tone. 93% agree that skin looks
more youthful and smooth. 90% observed visibly brighter skin and 89%
prefer REGENEXTM over Retinol for anti-ageing results. Visible and
significant reduction in wrinkles and age spots are also captured on
camera in-studio with 3 participants.

Study Conclusion:
The anti-wrinkle efficacy has
been measured as equivalent to an age gain by 1.8 years in 1 month, and
up to 5.5 years in 2 months. Effects on wrinkles and skin quality are
significant after 2 months for both men and women with average surface
occupied by wrinkles reduced by 39.4%.

Study Conclusion:
Exosomes’ regenerative properties
were observed via in-vitro study using human dermal fibroblast cells with
increased collagen product and accelerated wound healing. On human subjects,
